6.3 Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools may be subject to the following:

• All content generated using our AI tools while your account is active is licensed to you on a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide basis. You may use, reproduce, distribute, and modify generated content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
• We retain no ownership or ongoing rights to your generated content, including content derived from your original uploads
• If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to use all generated content you created during your subscription period. The only limitation is that you will no longer have access to the tools needed to generate new content.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any use of generated content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

6.4 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the alleged infringing content
• Your contact information and statement of good faith belief
• Electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

7. Payment Terms

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
